Ability Beyond Barriers’ Board of Directors (formerly Horry County Disabilities and Special Needs) will have its regular monthly meeting on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 5:00 pm. The meeting will be held on the 2nd Floor of the Conway Adult Development Center and Administrative Offices located at 250 Victory Lane in Conway , South Carolina.

Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting. To address the Board, you must attend the meeting in-person.
