Invitation for Bids Announcement!

Ability Beyond Barriers (Horry County DSN Board) is soliciting written bids from qualified and properly licensed SC State approved contractors to construct two residential homes in Horry County, South Carolina. The site locations are: 5669 Hwy 66, Loris, SC 29569; and 4578 Mandi Avenue, Little River, SC 29566.

A digital or paper copy of the plans and specifications can be requested via email at clilly@abbsc.org or picked up at our main office located at 250 Victory Lane, Conway, SC 29526 by appointment from Cynthia Lilly.

Bids will be accepted until 12noon on October 1, 2025, at the main office located at 250 Victory Lane, Conway, SC 29526. Submissions may be hand delivered or sent by mail.

Bids will be opened on October 1, 2025 at 12noon on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building located at 250 Victory Lane, Conway, SC 29526. The bids will be logged during this public meeting. The three lowest bidders will be announced and then vetted for responsiveness (provided all information requested) and responsibleness (able to perform the work). The contract will be awarded to the lowest, qualified bidder, pending successful completion of the vetting process by the Executive Committe of the Board of Directors.
